Economic Crisis in Sri Lanka: Arjun Ranatunga targeted the Sri Lankan cricketers playing IPL, saying – leave IPL and come out in support of the country

New Delhi, Online Desk. Currently Sri Lanka is going through a period of severe economic crisis. There people are also facing the shortage of daily necessities including petrol and diesel. Meanwhile, former cricketer and minister Arjun Ranatunga has fiercely targeted Sri Lankan cricketers playing IPL. Let us tell you that in the 15th season of the Indian Premier League, many cricketers are contributing from Sri Lanka. Some of them associated with the team as coaching staff and some are playing as players.

Arjun Ranatunga said that these players should come together

Arjun Ranatunga said that these players should come together and support the country in this difficult situation. He said, “I don’t know but there are some cricketers who are playing IPL very comfortably and are not speaking anything on the condition of their country. Unfortunately people scared to speak against the government. These cricketers are living inside the government and the cricket board. Keep working for and keep trying to save your job.
