Eng vs NZ 1st test: England got 7 wickets in 49 runs, lethal bowling of South and Bold

On the first day of the match, the entire team of New Zealand scored only 132 runs in the first innings. In reply, the England team was bundled out for 141 runs on the second day. Against England, New Zealand’s team made a strong comeback after being reduced to a small score in the first innings. The top four batsmen of the Kiwi team, Tom Latham and Will Young, were dismissed for 1-1, while Captain Kane scored 2 runs, then Devon Conway could only reach the 3 runs mark. Kalin de Grandhomme played an unbeaten innings of 43 runs.

7 England batsmen dealt cheaply

The team started off well and Jack Crowley and Alex Lees added 59 men for the first wicket. Olly Pope, who came out to bat at number three on the score of 75 runs, got out for 7 runs.
