Opener Murali Vijay, who performed brilliantly in Test cricket for the Indian team, announced his retirement from all formats of cricket last month by writing a note on Twitter on January 30. Now on Friday, February 10, he caught everyone’s attention by making a controversial tweet. The first match of the 4-match Test series being played between India and Australia is going on in Nagpur. During this match, Sanjay Manjrekar said something about Murali Vijay during the commentary, which he felt bad about. Expressing his protest, he made a controversial tweet.

Former Indian opener Sanjay Manjrekar had talked about Murali Vijay during the commentary in Nagpur Test. On Murali’s name being included in an unwanted list, Sanjay said, people did not expect to see Murali Vijay’s name in such a list.
After this Sanjay said, “Murali Vijay had a great career. People have probably forgotten the performance by Murali Vijay.”
