Suryakumar hit a blistering 38-ball 81 for Mumbai in the 2019 Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy to register an easy eight-wicket win over Haryana in their second league game. Chasing 154 runs to win. Suryakumar made fun of Haryanaβs target, smashing the opposition bowlers across the park, but in the process won the match with 4.2 overs to spare for his team.
Got a place in the World T20 squad-
This right-handed batsman has also got a place in the World T20 squad. After the debut, Suryakumar Yadav, who was a part of the team continuously in the white-ball format, was also called on the tour of England. But there was no chance to play a single test match. But he is currently in isolation along with his Mumbai Indians teammates Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah in the IPL.
