Rishabh Pant: Whatever opportunities Rishabh Pant is getting in limited format, he is failing in most of the matches on the batting front. He failed with the bat in the first T20 series against New Zealand and then also in the first match of the ODI series.

At the same time, he was given a chance in the last two matches of T20 World Cup where he was not able to perform. Due to the continuous poor performance of Pant, a former opener batsman of Team India also advised to take a break for some time.

Rishabh Pant wants to bat in top order :-

Just before the third match against New Zealand, Rishabh Pant said that I would like to bat in the top order in T20 International cricket, as well as in ODI format. I am batting at number 4-5 while in Tests I am batting at number 5. At the same time, he also said that if the game plan changes in a match, then one has to bat according to the needs of the team.
