IPL 2023 Auction Venue: The Indian Premier League can start in March next year. Even before that this year’s mini-auction is going to happen for that season. For which the final seal on the venue is yet to be done. Right now Istanbul (Turkey) remains the first choice for the IPL auction. Apart from this, Bangalore is also on the list which is being discussed.

IPL auction abroad thoughts on holding-

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is contemplating organizing the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction overseas this year. Which is most likely in Turkey. The final decision regarding the venue is expected to be taken in the first week of November. In which the regular venue Bengaluru will also be kept in mind. The Turkish city of Istanbul remains the authorities’ first choice among options.

IPL 2023 Auction Venue: Auction to be held on 16th December-

According to the report of Cricbuzz, the BCCI has given the option of Turkey. Discussions are going on with the IPL officials for the last few days. The auction is likely to be held on December 16 this year.

IPL 2023 Auction Istanbul: Final decision will be made next month-

The Cricbuzz report further said – Istanbul is still not the choice of all stakeholders. But when it comes to important decisions of IPL, BCCI takes the decision. Right now all the teams have been informed that a decision will be taken early next month (November) and Bengaluru will also be kept as an option.

IPL 2023 Auction Venue: One-day auction-

Last time the IPL auction was big and was conducted in 2 days. This time there will be a mini auction and it is likely that it will be completed in a day. Some of the franchises have confirmed to Cricbuzz that talks are on to hold an auction in Istanbul.
