NZ vs PAK, Tim Southee ‘s world record: New Zealand’s experienced fast bowler Tim Southee has created history by taking four wickets in the first T20I against Pakistan on January 12.

Tim Southee, the first bowler in the world to take 150 wickets in T20I :-

With these four successes he completed his 150 wickets in the shortest format of cricket. He has become the first bowler in the world to take 150 wickets in T20I cricket. Before him, no one in men’s and women’s cricket has been able to reach this position. With these four wickets, Saudi has taken 151 wickets in 117 T20Is.

He achieved these wickets at an average of 22.74 and economy of 8.11. Saudi’s best performance in T20I has been taking 5 wickets for 18 runs. He has taken 5 wicket hauls a total of 2 times in this format.

Talking about men’s T20I, Saudi is on top in the list of bowlers taking the most wickets with 151 wickets. After him in this list, Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh, Rashid Khan of Afghanistan, Ish Sodhi of New Zealand and Lasith Malinga of Sri Lanka are included in the top-5.
