On Saturday, the PCB’s medical team and independent experts have advised Shaheen Afridi to rest for four to six weeks. In such a situation, he was ruled out of the upcoming Asia Cup. The decision has been taken after assessing the report of his recent knee scan. This is being considered a big setback for the Pakistani team.

Aqib Javed advised the team management to act with restraint
