Rohit talks about the importance of giving opportunities to young players

With some senior players not playing against Sri Lanka, Rohit spoke about the importance of giving opportunities to the young players. He said that more than winning the match, what is more important for me is how to approach the players who are sitting outside and how can I get them in a good mindset so that when those players get a chance, they should know that they have to play the field. What to do and what do they want to achieve. This kind of thinking will affect their performance whether we win or lose the match.
