Sapna Gill has named Prithvi Shaw and his friend Ashish Surendra Yadav as accused in his complaint. The matter of molestation has also been mentioned in this complaint. Sapna has also included the medical report of the government hospital in her complaint. A complaint has been registered against Shaw under sections 354, 509 and 324 of the IPC.

Along with this, Sapna Gill has also complained against Mumbai Police officers Satish Kavankar and Bhagwat Garande. Both of them have been accused of not doing their job properly. The hearing on both these matters will be held on April 17.

Prithvi Shaw went to a hotel for dinner with his friends in February. Here he had a dispute with Sapna Gill. The video of the scuffle between Shaw and Sapna Gill also surfaced. After this, on behalf of Prithvi Shaw’s lawyer, it has been said that Sapna wanted to take a selfie with Gill Shaw. Shaw refused to take a selfie and said that he had come to have dinner with his friends. Only after this the controversy started. On the behest of Shaw, the police had registered a case against eight people including Sapna Gill.
