Former Australia spinner Shane Warne has injured himself in a motorbike accident. Warne was riding his bike with his son Jackson when he fell off and slid for more than 15 meters. The Sydney Morning Herald reported quoting News Corp.

Fearing he may have broken his foot and/or damaged his hip, he went to the hospital as a precaution.

“I’m a bit battered and bruised and very sore,” the 52-year-old said (Shane Warne).

Warne expected to be able to take his place in the Fox Sports commentary team in time for the start of the Ashes series on December 8 at the Gabba.
