Stuart Broad reveals his mental stress after Yuvraj Singh hit six sixes

Stuart Broad, six sixes: England’s star fast bowler Stuart Broad has surprised cricket fans by announcing his retirement ahead of the fifth and final Test match. Broad played cricket for England for 17 years. During this, he has included his name in the list of veterans by taking more than 600 wickets in Test cricket, but he will always remember that one over thrown against Yuvraj Singh.

Six sixes: Stuart Broad went through mental stress :-

After announcing his retirement, he broke his silence on the question of 6 sixes in the press conference. Stuart Broad said, “Yeah, it was a very tough day, I wish it hadn’t happened. There was mental stress after that over. But I learned a lot, I created a mental routine through that experience. I worked on my bowling. Focused.”

Broad said the experience against Yuvraj helped his mental toughness. After that experience, I turned on my ‘warrior mode’. I decided not to let this happen again. It has helped me progress to a great extent till date.

There will be more bad days than good days in cricket.

“You go through massive peaks and troughs, and when you look at the career of someone like Ben Stokes, he’s done that sort of thing as well,” Stuart said. “Definitely one thing that I’ve seen over the last 15 or All I know in 16 years is that in cricket you will have more bad days than good days.”
