T20 World Cup: Sunil Gavaskar was furious over this act of Indian cricket team, openly reprimanded the players

New Delhi: For the first time in the 2021 season of the T20 World Cup, India lost to Pakistan in the World Cup. India had earlier defeated Pakistan in seven matches in the ODI World Cup and five in the T20 World Cup. In the Asia Cup too, Pakistan had to face a crushing defeat. Now both the teams are ready once again. This time Maidan-e-Jung is Australia. In the T20 World Cup, the team led by Rohit Sharma is starting its campaign on 23 October. Sunil Gavaskar reprimanded

The Indian team had an optional practice session two days before the match against Pakistan. That is, it was not necessary to come to the practice. Players could also take breaks to refresh themselves as per their convenience. Many players took advantage of this arrangement and spent this time with the family. Someone was doing something else to freshen the mood. Seeing all this, Sunil Gavaskar got furious. Former India great batsman and veteran captain Gavaskar believes that all players should have been a part of the practice session.

Do not agree with this decision of Team India

Speaking to India Today, Sunil Gavaskar said, “I don’t agree with this optional practice session management by the team management because you had a warm-up match, which was to be against New Zealand, before coming to Melbourne. Then after one day off you choose not to practice the next day. Practice together means you build up a bond with the team, but this attitude was lacking.
