Tabraiz Shamsi birthday today, who is back on top of ICC T20 rankings

Tabrez Shamsi’s disappointment of missing out on last weekend’s Indian Premier League auction has eased a bit with his return to the top of the ICC T20 bowling rankings on Wednesday.
