Team India’s new avatar seen before WTC final, preparations started against Australia

Team India’s new avatar: The Indian cricket team on Thursday unveiled its new training kit with new sponsor Adidas. The Indian team is currently preparing to play the World Test Championship final against Australia.

The WTC final will be played at The Oval in London from June 7 :-

The WTC final will be played between India and Australia at The Oval in London from June 7. Earlier this week, BCCI secretary Jay Shah confirmed that Adidas is the new kit sponsor of the Indian cricket team. The BCCI informed that Adidas will continue to sponsor the Indian team till March 2028.

BCCI had also informed that when the Indian team faces Australia in the World Test Championship final, it will be seen in the new jersey. The BCCI secretary informed that adidas will design and manufacture kits, jerseys and other accessories for the Indian men’s, women’s and under-19 teams. However, the financial status of this agreement has not been released.

Jay Shah said in a statement issued by the BCCI, “We are committed to helping the game of cricket progress and are very excited to have partnered with adidas, the world’s most popular sportswear brand.” Killer Jeans, which is manufacturing the contract, expires on May 31, after which Adidas will take over the contract.

New training kit of BCCI: –

The BCCI on Thursday unveiled the new training kit of the Indian team. Team India started preparations for the World Test Championship final against Australia from Thursday. Along with sharing the photos, BCCI wrote the caption, “Inauguration of the new training kit of the Indian team. Also, our preparations for the WTC finals begin.

Let us tell you that Indian team’s all-rounder Shardul Thakur and fast bowler Umesh Yadav appeared in the new training kit. The coaching staff along with head coach Rahul Dravid were also seen wearing the new kit.
