Virat Kohli is being praised after the arrival of this list of NCA, know the reason

Virat Kohli: Recently a list of NCA i.e. National Cricket Academy has come out in which the names of the players who have been rehabilitated during the 2021-22 season. 23 centrally contracted players are included in this list including captain Rohit Sharma, but there is no name in this list.

This is the name of former Indian captain Virat Kohli. Kohli continues to work on his fitness, which is why he did not need to go to the NCA despite the busy schedule last season.

In the report prepared by Hemang Amin it was written:-

The report, prepared by BCCI CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Hemang Amin, details the work done by the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and the past season, PTI reported.

According to the report, “Total of 96 complex injuries involving 70 players treated by NCA medical team during this period.”

Of these 70 players, 23 are from the Indian team, 25 from India A/emerging players, one from India U-19 team, seven from the senior women’s team and 14 from different states.

Virat Kohli is not included in the 23 players who got the central contract from the board :-

Captain Rohit Sharma (muscle strain), vice-captain Lokesh Rahul (after hernia surgery), Cheteshwar Pujara, Shikhar Dhawan, Hardik Pandya; Umesh Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, Rishabh Pant; Ishant Sharma are among the 23 players who have received central contracts from the board. Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav, Mayank Agarwal, Yuzvendra Chahal, Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar; Ajinkya Rahane, Ravichandran Ashwin, Axar Patel and Wriddhiman Saha included.

Virat Kohli did not face any fitness issue in last one year :-

According to a board insider, “Kohli has never needed to come to the ‘Center of Excellence’ in Bengaluru for any injury or fitness-related issues in the last one year.”

He said, “To be honest, many of these injuries were on the field. Some suffered fractures (Suryakumar Yadav) while some reached the NCA at different times with different types of injuries. ,

Virat Kohli has never suffered any injury related to hamstrings or muscles :-

“You have to give credit to Kohli for maintaining fitness. He has kept himself so fit that he has never suffered any hamstring or muscle related injury.

During this, a few such players had hamstring (muscle strain) problem, which is about 10 years younger than Kohli.

The list includes youngsters like Shubman Gill, Prithvi Shaw, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Venkatesh Iyer, KS Bharat; Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Kartik Tyagi, Navdeep Saini and Rahul Chahar.
