New Delhi: The last Test played in Ahmedabad ended without any result, but despite this, this Test gave something which was needed and waited for a long time – Virat Kohli’s century. Kohli, the former captain of the Indian team, played an innings of 186 runs against Australia in Ahmedabad, which was his first Test century in three and a half years. This century made everyone happy, including Kohli’s teammates in Team India. Everyone wanted Kohli to play a big innings, that’s why Ravichandran Ashwin consoled Kohli by talking to him when he failed to make a big score.

Virat Kohli scored the highest 297 runs for India in the Test series against Australia. Out of which 186 runs came in the last innings. Before that, Kohli had scored only 111 runs, in which 44 runs in Delhi was the highest score. In the Indore Test, like most of the batsmen of Team India, Kohli also failed and in such a situation, Ashwin talked to Kohli and told him that he is batting well. It is just a matter of time for a big score.
