The Women’s Ashes series would originally start a week earlier, with England and Australia beginning with the first T20I on January 20 at the Adelaide Oval.
Test matches remain in place – to be played from January 27 to January 30 at Manuka Oval in Canberra. This will be followed by ODIs on February 3, 6, and 8.

The Unavoidable Quarantine Period :-
The change in schedule was made to accommodate enough time for teams to complete their inevitable quarantine period ahead of the 50-over World Cup in New Zealand, starting March 3.
Cricket Australia CEO Nick Hockley said: “We are looking forward to an excellent series between the two best teams in the world, with each side being the T20 and ODI world champions respectively.”
Cricket Australia has also had to take ‘logistic considerations’ into consideration while making the schedule. Which was resulting in the T20I being moving out of Sydney.
All three T20 Internationals are scheduling in Adelaide before the teams travel to Canberra for the Test and the first ODI before traveling to Melbourne to conclude the series.
“Sadly, logistical considerations meant we had to move two T20 games away from the North Sydney Oval, which has long been the home of the women’s game in Sydney. And also hopeless that the annual Governor-General. The XI match schedule to be playing at Drummoyne Oval. This season is unable to proceed.
