Match 23: Chennai Super Kings face Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL match on Wednesday in Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium (Feroz Shah Kotla).

Delhi will host Match 23 of the ongoing IPL between CSK and SRH on April 28. Three-time winners CSK are on a four-game winning streak after losing their opener to Delhi Capitalsby seven wickets. MS Dhoni’s men will be eager to keep the winning momentum with them as they face a struggling SRH captained by David Warner.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been the driving force behind CSK’s impressive run so far. His blistering assault on Harshal Patel in the final over shutting out RCB on Sunday. He has been among the wickets with his accurate left-arm spin apart from effecting stunning run-outs.

The Englishman has been one of the few on the SRH side that looked comfortable in all the five games played so far. David Warner:

Warner has scored a total of 5254 runs in 142 innings at an average of 42.71, which is also the highest average in the league. He has an IPL-career strike rate of 141.54. He has eight centuries and 48 half-centuries to his name.

In the list of most fours hit in the IPL, Warner is only second to Delhi Capitals opener Shikhar Dhawan. While Dhawan has hit 601 boundaries, southpaw Warner has smashed 510 of them.

Faf du Plessis:

CSK’s Faf du Plessis remarking that the all-rounder. He had been working hard on his six-hitting skills behind the scenes during the team’s training sessions.

South African hit a purple patch as soon as the tournament began. His 214 runs in five games have been scored at a phenomenal average of over 71 and a strike rate nearing almost 140.

Ravindra Jadeja:

He has scored 102 runs and taken five wickets and inflicted crucial run-outs. Catches to help his team in all three departments of the game.

He scored in one over against Purple Cap Holder Harshal Patel, Jadeja is a must-pick for fans in their fantasy teams.
