Gautam Gambhir led the think tank meeting of Kolkata Knight Riders before the IPL 2024 auction. Apart from Gautam Gambhir, head coach Chandrakant Pandit, assistant coach Abhishek Nair and managing director Venky Mysore were also present at the think tank meeting of KKR.
Shreyas Iyer could not play in IPL 2023 due to injury. After which KKR made Nitish Rana the new captain of the team.
