Ashish Nehra addressed the press at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The team took trials at the Narendra Modi Stadium (home ground of Gujarat Titans) ahead of the auction.

Nehra told press reporters โ€“ even if you win, you still make some changes according to the need.

Gujarat Titans looking for a fast bowler:-

We might need a fast bowler. In a short auction, you make changes as needed. We are not separate.

Nehra said, we do not need a lot because we have not released many players. It is not that you will get the player you want. There are nine more teams.

Under Nehraโ€™s guidance and Hardik Pandyaโ€™s leadership, Gujarat Titans won the IPL in their first season earlier this year.

The team has released Rahmanullah Gurbaz of Afghanistan and New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson ahead of the next season.
