IPL 2023: RCB team players Glenn Maxwell and Josh Hazlewood will not be available in the first match. Even before playing their first match in the Indian Premier League 2023, Royal Challengers Bangalore have suffered two major setbacks.

In this episode, Virat Kohli’s team Royal Challengers Bangalore has got a double blow. In fact, the team’s two stalwarts Glenn Maxwell and Josh Hazlewood will not be available in the first match.
Josh can miss half the season:-
According to a report in cricket.com.au, Hazlewood is expected to play in the later stages of the T20 tournament. It is being told that he is currently recovering from an Achilles problem.
The report states that Hazlewood will consult with Cricket Australia’s medical staff before taking a decision on participating in the IPL. If this happens, he can miss half the season.
Maxwell will not be able to play the first match
On the other hand, if we talk about Glenn Maxwell, he is less likely to play in the first match of RCB. Recently he has returned to international cricket after the accident.
After this he played in the first match played between India and Australia, but after that he missed two consecutive matches. It is said that he is yet to recover from the leg injury.

The 16th season of the Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL 2023) will start on 31 March 2023. Its final will be played on 21 May.
The first match will be between defending champions Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings on March 31 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
