The 15th match of the 16th season of the Indian Premier League was played between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In this match played at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore, Lucknow captain KL Rahul won the toss and invited RCB to bat first. Virat Kohli has created history in this match. Kohli has become only the second batsman to do so in IPL.

As soon as Virat Kohli scored a half-century against Lucknow Super Giants, his name became a big IPL record. Virat has scored a half-century against all the teams playing in the IPL.
He has become the second batsman to score a half-century against all the current teams of IPL. Earlier, only Rituraj Gaikwad, playing for Chennai Super Kings, has been able to do this.

Virat Kohliβs fast batting :-
Kohli played an inning of 61 runs in 44 balls against Lucknow Super Giants. This is his second half-century in this IPL. Kohli hit 4 fours and 4 sixes during this innings. However, he was caught out by Stoinis off the ball of Amit Mishra.
Kohli has been seen in form since the first match of this season. He played an unbeaten match-winning inning of 82 runs in the teamβs first match against Mumbai Indians.
