MI vs RR: Ruckus on social media over Yashasvi Jaiswal ‘s wicket, accused of fixing

Yashasvi Jaiswal stole the show with his batting at the Wankhede ground. Jaiswal, who hails from Mumbai, played a lot with the bowling attack of the home team in the Rajasthan jersey. Yashasvi scored his first century in IPL and played a stormy innings of 124 runs. However, Yashasvi’s wicket has become the talk of the town on social media with fans slamming the umpire.

Uproar on Yashasvi Jaiswal ‘s wicket :-

Actually, the last over of Rajasthan’s innings was going on and Yashasvi Jaiswal was thrashing the Mumbai bowlers by scoring 124 runs. Bowler Arshad Khan bowled the fourth ball full toss of the over, on which Yashasvi played the ball in the air while trying to make a big shot and Arshad caught the catch in his follow throw.

However, the ball was seen above the waist and the on fielder umpire took the help of the third umpire. The third umpire, shocking everyone, called the ball right, while the replays showed the ball going slightly above the waist. This decision of the umpire did not go down well with the fans and they fiercely criticized the decision.

Yashasvi created havoc in Wankhede :-

Yashasvi Jaiswal was seen in excellent form from the beginning and he took the news of Mumbai bowlers fiercely. The Rajasthan opener brought up his half-century in 32 balls. After completing Fifty, Yashasvi took an aggressive approach and hit powerful shots one after the other in all the four corners of the ground.

Yashasvi, batting in a stormy manner, scored his first century in IPL in 53 balls. Yashasvi hit a hat-trick of fours in Riley Merideth’s over, while Yashasvi also hit long sixes against Jofra Archer.
