Sri Lanka’s assistant coach Naveed Nawaz SL Wants to take back the positive, Naveed Nawaz said that his team wants to bring good news from Bangladesh to his country, which is going through a severe economic and political crisis.
A Touring Bangladesh for test series:-
The former head coach of Bangladesh’s Under-19 World Cup-winning team is currently touring Bangladesh for the two-match Test series between the two countries.

Asked about the political and economic turmoil in Sri Lanka, Nawaz said he is hopeful that he can take back some good news.
“You can’t see many positive things right now,” he said. It would be great for us to take some positive things back home. We want to keep inspiring the younger generation of the country.
There is also a good white-ball team:-
“I think this is a great opportunity to make a name for yourself in the international news. Playing at home, we have a good white-ball team as well.
So hopefully the boys will do well and bring some positive news to the country,” the Sri Lankan batsman added.
Meanwhile, Nawaz also heaped praise on his two former students from the U-19 World Cup-winning team, Shorful Islam and Mahmudul Hasan Joy, who are now part of the senior team.
The Skilled enough to handle the situation:-
He said, ‘I think he is skilled enough to handle any situation even when I am in the second dressing room.
Naveed pointed to his influence, saying, “It doesn’t mean anything to him as he has already played and succeeded in international cricket.
