So let us tell you that the Board of Control for Cricket in India while giving an update on Shami before the start of IPL 2024, had said that he will be out of this season of the Indian Premier League.

Apart from this, the board had also made it clear that Indian pacers will not be able to participate in the T20 World Cup 2024 to be played in June.

At the same time, no official information has been revealed yet regarding when he will return to the field.
