Former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly confirmed that Jhulan Goswami has signed with Mumbai Indians. Ganguly, who is now back as the Director of Cricket of Delhi Capitals, proposed Jhulan. However, the leading wicket-taker in ODIs has picked up an offer from Mumbai Indians.
