A total of 22 matches will be played in the Women’s IPL. All matches will be held at Brabourne Stadium and DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai. Women’s Premier League is also know as Women’s IPL 2023 Auction. Its first match will play on 4 March. After the group stage, 3 teams will advance and 2 will be eliminated. The top team in the group stage will enter the final and the other two will have an eliminator match.

The auction process will take place at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai. The auction will start at 2:30 pm. A total of 409 cricketers’ final list has been released for the auction.

There are 246 Indian players out of 409 players included in the auction. There are 163 foreign players, of which 8 are from Associate Nations. Here are 202 capped and 207 (8 from Associate Nations) uncapped players on the list. A total of 90 slots will be available for the 5 teams, out of which 30 are for overseas players.

50 lakh is the highest base price in the Women’s Premier League. Team India captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, and Shefali Verma have registered themselves at a base price of 50 lakhs. There are 13 foreign players who have kept their base price at Rs 50 lakh. There are a total of 24 players whose base price is Rs 50 lakh.
