Along with this, it is also Afghanistan’s biggest run chase in ODI cricket. Earlier, the team had successfully chased 274 runs against UAE in the year 2014.

This is also Afghanistan’s second highest total in the 50 over World Cup. Afghanistan scored its highest score in the World Cup in 2019 against West Indies. The team had scored 288 runs in that match.
