Ashwin Will Play ODI Matches in The Local League Before Joining The Team Against AUS
Ravichandran Ashwin will play ODI matches in the local league before joining the team against Australia. Australia’s tour of India is going to start from 22nd September.
Ashwin Will Be Seen Playing ODI Matches in A-League in Tamil Nadu:-
Experienced spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has also been included in the Team India squad for this ODI series. But before joining the Indian team, Ashwin will be seen playing ODI matches in a league in Tamil Nadu.

Ravi Ashwin was recently seen practicing at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. Ashwin practiced here on the net with the white ball.
Ravichandran to try his hand in one-day format in VAP Trophy League:-
According to a report in Cricbuzz, Ravi Ashwin will take part in an ODI cricket league in Chennai on Tuesday. Ashwin will try his hand in the one-day format in the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association’s VAP Trophy league.
Ashwin has been recalled for ODIs through the Australia series. In such a situation, discussions are also going on about Ashwin getting a place in the team to be released for the upcoming ODI World Cup.
37-year-old Ashwin was a part of the World Cup 2011 winning team. In this league being run at SSN College Ground, Chennai, Ashwin will be seen playing for the team of Tech Solution MRPA in the match against Young Stars.
A 50 Over The Game will Give Them This Opportunity:-
“He wants to spend some time on the field and the 50-over game will give him that opportunity,” a Tamil Nadu Cricket Association official told Cricbuzz.
Ashwin had earlier also participated in local league matches. In which he performed in three-day matches.
Talking about Ashwin’s ODI career, he has played a total of 113 ODI matches for India. However, he has played only two ODI matches for India in the last six years.
Ravichandran playing his last ODI match for India in January 2022 against South Africa. Ashwin has taken 151 wickets in 111 ODI innings for India.

Now he will be a part of the team in the ODI series against Australia to be held from September 22. Before this, the team will gather in Chandigarh on 20th September.
