ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Virat Kohli Hugs Rohit’s Wife Ritika Sajdeh While Anushka Looks At Him. After India defeated Pakistan in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the Men in Blue were given a gorgeous welcome at the hotel where they were staying.
When the team reached the hotel, the staff clapped and cheered. The players are also present there along with the wives of Indian cricketers.
It was a very beautiful moment because the team made the country proud by registering its third consecutive win in the tournament and that too in emphatic fashion.

Virat Hugged Ritika:-
Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma and Rohit Sharma’s partner Ritika Sajdeh were present on the field as well as in the hotel to cheer the team. R Ashwin’s wife Prithvi Ashwin was also present there.
When the team entered the hotel, Kohli came to meet Ritika and Prithi. He also hugged Ritika warmly while Anushka looked at him and then shook hands with Prithvi.
India Won The Match Easily:-
After scoring two consecutive half-centuries in this World Cup, Kohli’s performance with the bat was not good. He scored just 16 runs in 18 balls which included three brilliant fours.
His dismissal did not come as a shock to India as captain Rohit Sharma played a brilliant inning of 86 runs in 63 balls and took the team to victory.
After his wicket fell, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul took the responsibility of making India win and defeat Pakistan.
The Bowlers Performed Brilliantly Against The Pakistani Batsmen:-
Earlier, the bowlers also performed brilliantly against the Pakistani batsmen and bowled them out for just 191 runs in 42.5 overs.

India is looking good in all three departments at the moment. Their next three matches are important as they have to play Bangladesh, New Zealand and England next. Even if India wins two out of these three, its campaign will remain on track.
