Sourav Ganguly said in his statement, “I have been an administrator and I will move on to something else. You can’t be a player forever, you can’t be an administrator forever. It was great working both.”

Sourav Ganguly said, ‘I was the President of the Cricket Association of Bengal for five years. Then I was also the President of BCCI for three years. After assuming all these responsibilities I will have to go and now I will do something else. As a cricketer, you have a huge challenge and as an administrator, you have to contribute so much. As a leader, you build a career and build a team.
