Prithvi Shaw Case: Mumbai Police records Sapna Gill’s statement against the player. Sapna Gill who was earlier arrested for allegedly assaulting cricketer Prithvi Shaw and attacking his car in Mumbai.

Sapna accused the show of touching her inappropriately:-

At the same time, Sapna has accused the show (Prithvi Shaw Controversy) of touching her wrongly.

Earlier, Sapna had told the court that she never knew him (Prithvi Shaw vs Sapna Gill) nor did she ask Shaw for a selfie.

Indian youth player Shaw had filed a complaint against Gill and his friends for allegedly abusing and assaulting him.

Gill filed a complaint against the show:-

Later, again Sapna Gill filed a complaint against the show and now this matter is not taking the name of stopping.

Sapna Gill told ANI, “We did not beat anyone, nor did we ask for money… or selfies. We were having fun, so my friend tried to make a video… They were beating my friend. ,

He further said, “I went there and stopped them. My friend tried to make a video to show the proof.

I Tried to save my friend:-

They beat me with baseballs when I tried to save my friend. One or two people hit me and touched my private parts, even slapped me.

Prithvi Shaw CASE: Shaw and his friend Ashish Surendra Yadav lodged an FIR accusing Gill and his friends of physically assaulting them and vandalizing their car.

Following the FIR, the Oshiwara police arrested Gill and 7 others in the case. As the case was heard on Monday.

The police charged him and three others under sections 143, 148, 149, 384, 437, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
