Captain Rohit Sharma retired hurt after scoring just 11 runs in 5 balls due to a back injury. But now the BCCI has given news of relief to the fans while giving an update on Rohit’s fitness.

BCCI posted a picture of Hitman’s practice session by tweeting :-

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has posted a picture of Hitman’s practice session on its official Twitter account. Rohit Sharma is seen batting in this picture, while Rishabh Pant is watching him standing outside the nets.

Posting this picture of the Indian captain, BCCI wrote, ‘Rohit Sharma is batting and Rishabh Pant is watching him.’

After hitting the boundary, he went out of the field with Physio due to pain :-

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had said that captain Rohit Sharma suffered from back spasm. It is now learned that he has recovered and is fit for the next two matches.

Rohit felt some pain after hitting the boundary against West Indies and then walked off the field with the physio after playing the next ball.

The last two matches of the series are to be played in the US and the teams of India and West Indies have reached there after visa problems. The fourth T20 will be played today i.e. on 6th August, while the last match will be played on 7th August.
