NZ v SL Test Day 3: New Zealand got 20 Runs Lead in the First Innings Thanks to Darryl Mitchell’s Century

Daryl Mitchell scored a century for New Zealand in the first innings. Thanks to Mitchell’s brilliant century, New Zealand scored 373 runs in the first innings. In the second innings, the hosts got a lead of 20 runs. Please tell that Sri Lanka scored 355 runs in the first innings.

Darryl Mitchell Scored a Brilliant Half-Century

By the end of the second day’s play, New Zealand had scored 162 runs losing 5 wickets. Dimuth Karunaratne Played a Half-Century in the First Innings

Batting in the first day’s play, the Sri Lankan team had scored 305 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. At the same time, in the second day’s play, the Sri Lankan team got a shock in the form of 316 runs in the beginning in the form of Dhananjay de Silva, who returned to the pavilion after scoring 46 runs with the help of 5 fours and 1 six.
