Shakib-Shanto set the tone :-

Shakib Al Hasan scored his first half-century in the World Cup 2023 and he was out after scoring 82 runs in 65 balls. At the same time, Shanto missed the century and was clean bowled by Matthews after scoring 90 runs. In the end the team was successful in registering victory by 7 wickets.
