ICC ODI World Cup 2023: The wait of 20 years is over, Shami And Bumrah Defeated England by 100 Runs And Knocked Them Out Of The World Cup. The 29th match of the ICC World Cup 2023 has been played between India and England. In which the Indian team won this match and reached the top of the points table of the World Cup.

England is At 10th Place in The World Cup Points Table After Losing 5 Matches:-

After the power play, with Shami taking 2 wickets and Bumrah taking 1 wicket, both the bowlers also ensured that no one could cross Livingston’s mark of 27 runs. And India won by 100 runs with 15.1 overs to spare.

The New Zealand team is at third position with 8 points after winning four out of six and losing two and Australian team is at fourth position with 8 points after winning the same number of matches.

But Pakistan, and Netherlands are still in the race with 2-2 match wins and are wishing for the defeat of Australia, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka.

England And Bangladesh Are Now Out Of The Race For The Semi-Finals:-

If we look at this equation, then even if the teams of England and Bangladesh win all the remaining matches, they will still reach 4-4 wins i.e. 8-8 points.

But the rest of the teams are close to winning at least 5-5 or 6-6 matches. In such a situation, England and Bangladesh are now out of the race for the semi-finals.
